Our Values

Informed, Diverse, Client Centered, Supportive and In Partnership!

We work towards continuous improvement in the quality of our services ensuring that we are informed about developments within the field of mental health, both locally and nationally, and by listening to everyone who uses our services.

We provide services to clients from diverse backgrounds. By understanding our clients and potential clients we provide a flexible and robust services which responds to their different needs.

Client Centred:

When designing services we start with consideration of our clients’ needs. The care we offer is tailored to the needs of each client and we signpost clients to other services if we do not have the resources to help them ourselves.

All of our services are aimed at ensuring the client’s recovery, following a programme defined by or agreed with the client and which responds to the client’s expressed needs.

In Partnership:

Networking with other organizations is an intrinsic part of our services and we aim to influence others to provide services which meet the needs of people experiencing mental distress.

In our 30+ years our organization has always prided itself on being open, accessible and focused on removing barriers to people of all demographics and abilities.

PrintIn recognition of this we have been able to pass the Disability Badge review which we are pleased to display here.
