Long run

Long run

Dave is a very active supporter of Mind TWS and has a long history of raising money through running and sponsorship.

Just recently Dave has taken the challenge to write about his experiences of mental health and has released the book “Everything Will Work Out In The Long Run”.

Dave describes this as a book not only about ultra-running but also many other things – addictions in general, the nature of depression, travel, music, being a contestant on Countdown and believes there is something in his story that will appeal to everyone!
